Shipping policy

Packages are shipped with Australia Post  from Perth Western Australia. 

Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be processed upon receipt of your payment. 

In the case of a lost or damaged letter or parcel we cannot be held responsible.

To avoid loss of items or unnecessary delays, please ensure the delivery address you’ve given us is correct. Once parcels have been shipped, they cannot be re-directed. Undeliverable parcels will be returned to us. Re-shipping a parcel incurs a $15.00 AUD fee for postage and handling.
