All Fabrics listed on website are 25cm cuts (unless mentioned)

• 1 unit equals one fat quarter (approx. 20” x 21”) if you want a width of fabric cut please put this in the notes section of your order.

• 2 units equals 50cm cut
• 3 units equals 75cm cut
• 4 units equals 1 metre cut

All fabric is sent as one continuous piece if you order more than one unit.

Please allow 1/2 working days for us to pack your order and have it dispatched. 

Pre-orders

Preorder fabrics are available to preorder and are not subject to sales or promotions of any kind. The estimated date of arrival is not guaranteed; it is an approximation and is subject to change. We will endeavour to advise you of any changes as the shipping date nears. My Fabricology will ship all preorders as soon as possible upon arrival of fabrics and you will receive tracking information via email at that time. Please do check spam/junk folders; they frequently receive this email. We ask that you please not order in-stock items with your preorders or we will request you to pay for extra shipping of in-stock items. We prefer two separate orders please.

Postage

At present our website is only set up to handle orders within Australia and New Zealand (overseas visitors see below) Orders are sent via Australia Post Pre-paid satchels. Either Regular post or Express post are options at check out. Any items under 250gm we will squeeze into an envelope for $3.60 postage costs. 

Orders of $200 being sent to an Australian address, currently on the website receive free shipping, These orders will be sent by general Australia Post. If tracking is needed please ensure you choose Express Post or Mail Plus at checkout. Free post does not apply to clearance items and some promotions. We are not responsible for damaged or lost orders once shipped.

Covid-19 is delaying postage within Australia and overseas significantly. Orders within Australia may take 10/15 working days to reach their destination Please if you are wanting your fabric slightly quicker choose Express Postage at checkout. Refer to the Australia Post website for more Covid-19 updates regarding postal delays.

Overseas Orders

Our website isn't yet set up for overseas postage costs, if you are outside Australia please send us a message, telling us the items you are wanting and we are happy to calculate postage and let you know. Thank you

Refunds
