Join Susan from My Fabricology at a 3 day sewing retreat at St John of God Retreat Centre, 47 Gloucester Crescent, Shoalwater WA from 4th to 7th July 2025.
Cost will be $630 for your 3 day stay. $130 deposit and $500 paid in full before May 25th 2025.
Arrive 3pm Friday 4th July with afternoon tea waiting for you, leave Monday 7th July after lunch at 12.30pm.
This year we have choice of accommodation, we have 6 Fern rooms plus 3 Seaside villas with 4 rooms and three bathrooms each. Maybe grab 3 of your friends and bunk together? We will still sew together in Conference room 1 and have meals together in the dining room. Each room in the Villas is a private room, so no-one will be sharing.
All Ferns house rooms have:
- Ensuite
- Air conditioning/heating
- Wardrobe
- Desk and chair
- Easy chair
- Bedside table
- Reading lamp
- Bed linen and towels are provided
- Wi-Fi access
- access to kitchenette with tea, coffee and biscuits.
Ferns house guests also have access to:
- The laundry which a washing machine & dryer for guest’s use
- The Library/ reading room which also has the daily newspapers
- EV charger
Breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as morning and afternoon tea are included in the price. Please let us know of any food allergies in comments when booking.
We will be in conference room one with a table each for you to sew on. Enjoy the surrounding gardens, take a walk along the beach and chill in your own space if need be.
There will be a My Fabricology pop up shop on premises all weekend also.

*Full invoices will be sent in May. Once you have paid in full there will be no refund available. It will be up to you to find a person to replace you at retreat. I will be keeping a next in line list, and will try to help you find a replacement as much as I can.
